本アプリは、利用者個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。 アカウント登録はなく、広告・追跡（トラッキング）も使っていません。開発者が受け取るのは、アプリが異常終了したときのクラッシュ情報だけです（下の「クラッシュ情報の収集」のとおり）。

これらは、それぞれの機能を初めて使うときに iOS が許可を求めます。位置情報を許可しなくても、住所・緯度経度を入れれば地図・季節・遮るもの・報告書は使えます（ただし真北の方位が出ないため、実景の重ね表示は使えません）。カメラを許可しなくても、実景以外は使えます。許可は「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。
地図・航空写真・住所の検索には Apple のマップ（MapKit）を使います。そのとき検索した語や表示している地域が Apple に送られます（Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。航空写真は保存には入れません。アプリを削除すると、アプリの中に保存したものも削除されます（バックアップに残っている分を除く）。
不具合を見つけて直すため、Google が提供する Firebase Crashlytics を使っています。アプリが異常終了（クラッシュ）したときに限り、次の情報が Google のサーバーに送られます。
この情報に、氏名・メールアドレス・撮った写真や映像・位置情報・入力した内容は含みません。個人を特定するためには使わず、利用者とも結び付けません（ユーザー ID は設定していません）。広告やトラッキング（他社のアプリ・サイトをまたいだ追跡）にも使いません。 受け取った情報は、不具合の調査と修正にだけ使います。
Crashlytics は、同じクラッシュを数え分けるために、このアプリの中だけで使うランダムな識別子を作ります。アプリを削除すると消えます。Google による取り扱いは Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ をご覧ください。
Pro（月額・年額・買い切り）の購入は Apple の App Store で処理されます。開発者が決済情報を受け取ることはありません。月額・年額の自動更新の停止や解約は、端末の「設定」＞ Apple アカウント ＞「サブスクリプション」で行えます。

This app does not collect any information that identifies you. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking. The only thing the developer receives is a crash report when the app closes unexpectedly (see “Crash reports” below).

iOS asks for permission the first time each feature is used. Without location access you can still enter an address or coordinates and use the map, seasons, obstacles and reports (Live view needs true north, so it will not work). Without camera access, everything except Live view works. You can change permissions at any time in the Settings app.
Maps, satellite imagery and address search use Apple Maps (MapKit), which sends your search terms and the map area to Apple (under Apple's privacy policy). Aerial images are not stored with saved sites. Deleting the app deletes the data stored inside it (except any copy in your backups).
To find and fix bugs, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google. Only when the app closes unexpectedly (crashes), the following is sent to Google's servers:
It does not include your name, email address, photos or videos, location or anything you have typed. It is not used to identify you and is not linked to you (no user ID is set). It is not used for advertising or tracking (following you across other companies' apps and websites). It is used only to investigate and fix bugs.
To tell crashes apart, Crashlytics creates a random identifier that is used only within this app and is removed when you delete the app. For how Google handles this data, see Privacy and Security in Firebase.
Pro purchases (monthly, yearly and lifetime) are handled by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details. You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel a monthly or yearly plan in Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions.
